A Believer In Everything Organic Social media has always been a great way for us to reach out to our customers and communicate with them, says Pritesh Asher, co-founder and CEO, Juicy Chemistry
. Pritesh Asher, co-founder and CEO of Juicy Chemistry, believes that social media is a great way for companies to communicate with their customers.

The journey of Juicy Chemistry began with only two people: Pritesh Aher, CEO and co-founder, Juicy Chemistry, and Megha De Sai Asher (co-founder, COO and co-founder, Juicy Chemistry) and a simple Facebook page. Social media was just beginning to gain traction at the time and the brand grew organically.
"We started to work on our digital presence more and worked with our own website later." Pritesh Asher says that social media has been an excellent way to communicate with our customers.
Even today, the startup uses social networks to communicate directly with its customers what it stands for and what they do. Asher says, "It's always been important to us to be honest and open with our community. Our audience can connect to our honesty."
He believes that research is the foundation of the product development process. It considers trends, customer input, and the latest research in order to determine what the market really needs.
It took the cofounders about two years to complete the research and create their first product. They interacted with many people during this time to understand what organic meant to people and what products they were looking for.
The company has four brand-exclusive outlets. The company believes that omnichannel will be the only way for it to scale up successfully, even though there may be some challenges, such as creating products with a longer shelf-life, building brand exclusive outlets, or looking at store-in-store model.
The company is also looking to expand its offline presence and omnichannel presence. Our goal is to have 500 touchpoints available within the next three to four months. We also want to increase brand visibility by using our exclusive outlets. Asher says that we also plan to establish meaningful partnerships with boutiques and niche shops via a "store-in-store" model.
Color Chemistry, the brand's cosmetics line, was launched in the last few months. It also entered the wellness market. "We are committed to delivering a holistic, organic experience to all of our customers. "Our ECOCERT certificate has been a great asset to our export market," he says.
It is currently available in more than 15 countries, with plans to expand into markets such as the USA, UK, Canada Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. The startup currently exports its products to over 20 countries, with 7 different distribution channels, including South Africa, Nepal and Australia.
"Sustainable Growth is Vital at Juicy Chemistry." We want to expand our global presence. We feel that being certified by ECOCERT gives us an advantage, given the level of consumer awareness abroad. Asher says, "We want to expand into the American and European market, particularly France, Italy, and Germany. We also want to capitalize on our growth in Australia."
