Hodges is thrilled for the opportunity to work at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki. The team has welcomed him with warmth.

Hyatt Regency Beach Resort & spa announced Monday that Eron Hodges has been appointed general manager of its 1,230-room hotel. Eron Hodges succeeds Irby Movant, who has been in this role since 2019. This was reported earlier by PBN.

He was most recently the general manager of the Hyatt regency Santa Clara where, according to the announcement, he "was instrumental in taking the property though its renovations and reconfiguring the hotel in order to achieve top results regionally."
I am so excited about this opportunity. Hodges stated in a press release that the team at Hyatt Waikiki had welcomed him with incredible warmth. I look forward to working with this extraordinary ohana and learning about Hawaii's rich history and culture.
Hodges was also involved in the opening and transition of several hotels, including Hyatt regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa Park Hyatt Aviara, and Andaz San Diego. According to Hyatt, Hodges earned a bachelor's in history at the University of California San Diego.
