I don't think a shutdown or ban of TikTok is needed, analyst says

Kerry discusses how Chew answered questions about the app's data collection practices, and whether or not TikTok poses a threat to national security. Kerry notes that although Chew was open in his answers, much remains to be discovered about TikTok's operations.
