Many business leaders express concerns about rising incidents of harassment against Jewish students at universities like Columbia. Despite the worrying nature of these incidents, corporations have done little to address the issue. Some executives are contemplating possible actions. One approach is to reduce individual donations. However, businesses have other ways to influence universities. They could assess universities as they would vendors and only hire students from institutions that take decisive action against antisemitism. Comparable to not using an executive search firm that harbors antisemitic employees.
