Vinci Buys Majority Stake in Edinburgh Airport for $1.58 Bln

Vinci Airports recently acquired a majority stake in Edinburgh Airport for GBP1.27 billion ($1.58 billion). The purchase allows Vinci to expand its presence in the United Kingdom, bringing its total number of airports in the country to three. The remaining stake in the airport will be managed by Global Infrastructure Partners, who have owned the airport since 2012.
